Roxanne Hyer is the founder of HYER EDUCATION, a growth and development consulting company focused on empowering individuals, teams, and organizations through purpose-driven change. Her career spans classroom teaching, school administration, coaching, and consulting, where she has guided leaders and teams through seasons of challenge, transition, and renewal with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

Beyond her professional work, Roxanne’s personal journey is marked by profound loss and unwavering faith. Raised in a faith-centered home, she learned early the importance of perseverance and trusting God through every season of life. The sudden passing of her mother, combined with her own unexpected medical scare during a global pandemic,
became a defining turning point. Rather than pulling away from her faith, Roxanne leaned into it, allowing God to guide her through grief, surrender, and healing, ultimately reshaping her understanding of purpose and calling. Roxanne remains actively involved in her church and community and draws strength from service and meaningful connection. Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, she shares her testimony as a reminder that God meets us where we are and faithfully leads us toward restoration, growth, and renewed purpose.
Roxanne resides in South Carolina with her husband, Jason, and two of their three
daughters.
